Ordinance amending the Pittsburgh Zoning Code, Title Nine, Article One, Chapter 902 Section 902.03, Zoning Map, by changing various zoning district classifications in the Westwood neighborhood in accord with Map Pittsburgh: Zoning for your Neighborhood, the city's zoning re-mapping project relative to the city's new Urban Zoning Code.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Section 902.03, Zoning Map, of the Pittsburgh Code is hereby amended so as to change the following zoning district classifications. Throughout this ordinance, map, block and lot numbers are used to identify properties; in all cases they are derived from the Allegheny County Block and Lot System and will be represented in the standard format of map number - block number - lot number.
1. From LNC, Local Neighborhood Commercial, to UNC, Urban Neighborhood Commercial , all certain property designated as 39-H-145, 39-H-147, 39-H-140, 39-M-15, 39- M-17.3
2. From LNC, Local Neighborhood Commercial, to UNC, Urban Neighborhood Commercial, all certain property designated as 39-D-165.
3. From R1D-L, Residential Single-Unit Detached Low Density, to UNC, Urban Neighborhood Commercial, all certain property designated as 39-D-324.
4. From NDI, Neighborhood Industrial, to UNC, Urban Neighborhood Commercial , all certain property bounded by 39-M-2, 39-L-300, 39-G-50, 39-G-500, 39-G-405, 39-G-390, 39-G-375, 39-G-360, 39-H-150, 39-H-200-1, 39-H-141, 39-H-143.
5. From RM-M, Residential Multi-Unit Moderate Density, to RM-VL, Residential Multi-Unit Very Low Density , all certain property bounded by 39-F-300, 39-F-340, 39-G-200, 39-G-250, 39-G-260, 39-L-5, and 39-G-100.
6. From RM-M, Residential Multi-Unit Moderate Density, to R1D-L, Residential Single-Unit Detached Low Density, all certain property designated as 39-G-300.
