Title
Ordinance amending the Pittsburgh Zoning Code, Title Nine, Article One, Chapter 902 Section 902.03, Zoning District Map Nos. 2 and 6 by changing various zoning district classifications in the Esplen neighborhood in accord with Map Pittsburgh: Zoning for your Neighborhood, the city's zoning re-mapping project relative to the city's new Urban Zoning Code.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Section 902.03, Zoning District Map Nos. 2 and 6 of the Pittsburgh Code is hereby amended so as to change the following zoning district classifications. Throughout this ordinance, map, block and lot numbers are used to identify properties; in all cases they are derived from the Allegheny County Block and Lot System and will be represented in the standard format of map number - block number - lot number.
1. From GI, General Industrial, to P, Parks, all certain property designated as 43-S-19.
2. From GI, General Industrial, and RM-M, Residential Multi-Unit Moderate Density, to UI, Urban Industrial, all certain properties designated as 43-S-50, 7-J-50.
3. From RM-M, Residential Multi-Unit Moderate Density, to UI, Urban Industrial all certain property bounded by 43-R-110, Stanhope Street, Sloan Way, and Bagdad Way.
4. From P, Parks, to UI, Urban Industrial all certain property bounded by Edgecliff Street, West Carson Street, 21-R-18, 21-R-20, 21-R-22, 21-R-5, 21-R-4, 21-R-1, 21-P-254, 21-P-257, 21-P-259, 21-P-260, 21-P-261, 21-P-263, 21-P-265-2, 21-P-266, 21-P-267, 21-P-268, 21-P-270, 21-P-271, 21-P-272, 21-P-273, 21-K-62, 21-K-60-2, 21-K-59, 21-K-58, 21-K-56, 21-K-55, 21-K-54, 21-K-52, 21-K-50-1, 21-K-49, 21-K-47-2, 21-K-46-2, 21-K-43, 21-K-40, 21-K-39, 21-K-38, 21-K-37, 21-K-36, 21-K-29-2, 21-K-27, 21-K-26-2, 21-K-24, 21-K-22, 21-K-20, and 21-K-15.
