Title
Resolution amending Resolution No. 878, effective December 31, 2001, entitled " Providing for a Contract or Contracts, or use of existing Contracts and/or an Agreement or Agreements, or use of existing Agreements, for the purchase of materials, equipment and supplies in connection with property acquisition, design services, and eventual construction of a community center for the 31st Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, Council District No. 5 (Lincoln Place); and providing for the payment of the costs thereof," by increasing the total project allocation by $60,000.00 from $700,000.00 to $760,000.00.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 878, effective December 31, 2001, which presently reads as follows:
"The Mayor and/or the Director of the Department of General Services and the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals, to award, and enter into a Contract or Contracts, or to use existing Contracts, and/or an Agreement or Agreements, or use existing Agreements, for the purchase of property, design services, and materials, equipment and supplies in connection with the Lincoln Place Community Center at a cost not to exceed $700,000.00 chargeable to the following account:
