Resolution providing for a Contract or Contracts, or use of existing Contracts and/or an Agreement or Agreements, or use of existing Agreements and providing for the purchase of materials, equipment and supplies in connection with the modifications to the McClure Center; and providing for the payment of the costs thereof. Cost not to exceed $50,000.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and/or the Director of the Department of General Services and the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and enter into a Contract or Contracts, or use existing Contracts, and/or an Agreement or Agreements, or use existing Agreements and to purchase materials, equipment, and supplies in connection with the modifications to the McClure Center; at a cost not to exceed $50,000.00 chargeable to and payable from the following account(s):
