Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety or the Director of

General Services, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Contract or Contracts or Agreement or Agreements, or use of existing Contracts and Agreements, for the purchase of OC spray and related accessories and supplies for the Bureau of Police.  The total cost shall not exceed Twenty Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00) chargeable to and payable from Fund 1000, Org. No. 230000, Subclass 050, Account 532200, Budget Year 2001, Bureau of Police, Department of Public Safety.
