CHAPTER 161.30 CONTRACTING OUT.

(c) Each Outside Contract may contain provisions requiring the contractor to offer available employee positions pursuant to the contract to qualified Agency employees of the Agency whose employment is terminated because of the Outside Contract and who satisfy the hiring criteria of the contractor.
