Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with A. Folino Construction for costs associated with the Construction Phase for the Safe Routes to School project; providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed One Hundred Fifty-Six Thousand One Hundred Fifty-Six Dollars and Fifteen Cents ($156,156.15), reimbursable at 100%.
