Resolution amending Resolution 634 of 2025 authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with Landforce to conduct urban forestry programming in an amount not to exceed Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) over a period of four (4) years, for a new not-to-exceed amount of Four Hundred Sixty-Five Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($465,500.00) over a period of four (4) years.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Resolution 634 of 2025 entitled “Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with Landforce to conduct urban forestry programming in an amount not to exceed Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00)” is hereby amended as follows:
Section 2. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with Landforce to conduct urban forestry programming in an new not-to-exceed amount of Four Hundred Sixty-Five Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($465,500.00) over a period of four (4) years, chargeable and payable from the Grant Trust Fund job number 4029400461.53901.00.
Section 3. The Agreement or Agreements shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form.
