Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation are authorized to enter into a License Agreement with the Catholic Diocese of Pittsburgh, St. Mary of the Mount Parish Charitable Trust, for the use of property in the St. Mary of the Mount parking lot for a 2007 Farmers' Market for $1 and no additional rental charge to the City. The Agreement shall be in form and substance approved by the City Solicitor.
