Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Cooperation Agreement or Agreements with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh for programs and activities in connection with the HOME-ARP Program at a cost not to exceed Six Million Fifty-Eight Thousand Six Hundred Seven Dollars and Sixty-Three Cents ($6,058,607.63), chargeable to and payable from the following account string:

Said Agreement or Agreements shall be in a form approved by the City Solicitor.
