Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of 3 Rivers Fire Equipment in the amount of Thirteen Thousand Five Hundred Sixty-Nine dollars ($13,569.00) for Paratech lift bags and accessories for the Department of Public Safety, Bureau of Fire, chargeable to and payable from the Grants Trust Fund account 2529400260.5000.00.
