Title
Resolution further amending and supplementing Resolution No. 229 effective April 19, 2000, entitled "Providing for an Agreement or Agreements, or use of existing Agreements and/or a Contract or Contracts, or use of existing Contracts, and for the purchase of materials, supplies, equipment, and/or services for various projects in connection with the Neighborhood Needs Program in Council District 5; and providing for the payment of the costs thereof," by adding new line items "Letterman Field Scoreboard" $16,000, "Bud Hammer Field Scoreboard" $16,000, "McBride Field Scoreboard" $16,000, "Western PA Conservancy Neighborhood Flower Gardens" $15,000 and by adding $5,000 to "Hazelwood Greenway Fence Repair" and by increasing funds by $10,000 for "Swisshelm Park: Sarah Jackson Black Center Improvement". Total cost of all projects is not to exceed $932,284.00.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 229 effective April 19, 2000, as amended, which currently reads:
The Mayor and/or the Deputy Mayor, and/or the Director of the Department of General Services, and/or the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, and/or the Director of the Department of Public Works, and/or the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation and/or the Director of the Department of City Planning are hereby authorized to enter into a contract or contracts, or use existing contracts, and/or Agreement or Agreements or use existing Agreements for various projects in connection with the Neighborhood Needs Program in Council District 5, in an amount not to exceed Eight Hundred Fifty Four Thousand, Two Hundred Eighty-Four Dollars ($854,284.00), chargeable to and payable from the following chartfields.
