Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a $23,165.00 warrant in favor of Michael Stein, 2001 Arlington Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15210, in settlement of a claim in which claimant's sewer backed up causing damage, charging same to Code Account 46, Index Code 004606, Fund 1000, Sub 170, Account 582200, Org. 999200, Budget Year 2001.
