Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and Director of the Department of Permits, Licenses and Inspections, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Amended Agreement/Agreements and amendments with Avenu Insights and Analytics to digitize microfiche and aperture cards holding historic permitting data and certificates of occupancy and add them to the Department’s digital library. 

Section 2.                     The Agreement shall be chargeable to and payable form the following account for an amount not to exceed TWO HUNDRED SIXTY THOUSAND AND SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS $260,600 185,600.00:

Section 3.                     Said Agreement should be approved by the City Solicitor as to form and substance.
