Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a $3,361.83 warrant in favor of Transportation Solutions, P.O. Box 17528, Pittsburgh, PA 15235, in settlement of a claim in which claimant's vehicle was damaged due to a City Salt truck, charging same to Code Account 46, Index Code 004606, Fund 1000, Sub 170, Account 582200, Org. 999200, Budget Year 2006.
