Section 1:                     Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of Department of Public Safety to enter into a license agreement or agreements with University of Pittsburgh, in an amount not to exceed Ten Dollars and No Cents ($10.00), over 10 years, for space provided in the Cathedral of Learning for the placement of Public Safety equipment related to radio communications and other community safety efforts.
