Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with S.E.T., Inc. for Construction services for the South Side Signals project; and providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed Three Million Two Hundred and Eighty Thousand Dollars ($3,280,000.00).
