Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Human Resources and Civil Service, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement that will amend Resolution 97 of 2024, which authorized an amended Professional Services Agreement(s) with UPMC Benefit Management Services, Inc., d/b/a WorkPartners EAP Life Solutions for services relating to the administration of the City of Pittsburgh’s Employee Assistance Program by extending the contract for one year, increasing the approved amount by Forty-Nine Thousand Five Hundred dollars ($49,500.00), for a new total cost not to exceed Ninety-Nine Thousand dollars ($99,000.00).

 

Subject to final Council budget approval, Funds shall be paid from the following accounts:

 

2024:                      $49,500.00 from 11101.109000.52.52111.2024

2025:                      $49,500.00 from 11101.109000.52.52111.2025

 

 

Section 2.                     Said Agreement or Agreements shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form and substance.
