Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Resolution 903-2021, "Authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Innovation & Performance and/or the Director of Public Works to enter into an amended agreement or agreements with Cartegraph Systems, Inc. ("Cartegraph") in order to extend the term of an existing agreement or agreements for an additional three and a half (3 1/2) years in order to continue licensing software and to continue purchasing maintenance, subscription, cloud hosting, and professional services. Terms and conditions included in the original agreement or agreements procured through CoStars may be agreed upon by the parties to extend to the amendment(s). The general objective is to continue the use of Cartegraph for asset management and work order management software services used by the Department of Public Works and the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure. Cartegraph is also used to manage internal building maintenance requests for the entire City and to manage inventory for Public Works and Citiparks. The cost of all licenses and services purchased shall not exceed One Million Seven Hundred Sixty Three Thousand, One Hundred Fifty Dollars and Twelve Cents ($1,763,150.12) contingent upon annual appropriation by City Council" is hereby amended as follows:
