Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.  Section 902.03.A, Zoning District Map No. 8 of the Pittsburgh Code is hereby amended so as to change from "R1D-H" Residential Single-Unit Detached High Density to "RP" Residential Planned Unit Development District all that certain property bounded by:  Bausman Street, lot no. 198, block 14-P in the Allegheny County Block and Lot System, Dove Way and lot no. 188, block 14-P in the aforesaid system, 30th Ward.
 
Section 2:  This amendment shall take effect only upon recording of a Planning Commission approved Improvement Subdivision Site Plan for the subject property in the office of the Recorder of Deeds, Allegheny County within two years of the date of enactment of this Ordinance.
