Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1. The Mayor of the City of Pittsburgh and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget are authorized are authorized to apply for a grant from Pennsylvania Department of Economic Development’s (DCED) Multimodal Transportation Fund for the Sheraden Station Plaza Intersection Safety Improvement and the Wabash Street Community Connector projects. The grant proposal includes an ask not to exceed ONE MILLION ONE HUNDRED TWENTY TWO THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED NINETY SIX ($1,122,996.00) dollars for this stated purpose.
