Title
Resolution amending and supplementing Resolution No. 948 effective January 1, 2004, as amended, entitled: "Adopting and approving the 2004 Capital Budget and the 2004 Community Development Block Grant Program; and approving the 2004 through 2009 Capital Improvement Program, by adjusting various line items in conformance with City Council's 2004 Capital Budget amendments." by reducing Equipment Leasing Authority - Capital Equipment Acquisition $2,042,000 and by creating several new line items in the Urban Redevelopment Authority's Community Development Block Grant Program allocation in the amount of $2,042,000.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. AMENDING and supplementing Resolution No. 948, effective January 1, 2004, as amended, entitled: "Adopting and approving the 2004 Capital Budget and the 2004 Community Development Block Grant Program; and approving the 2004 through 2009 Capital Improvement Program, by adjusting various line items in conformance with City Council's 2004 Capital Budget amendments."
