Title

Resolution authorizing an Agreement or Agreements for operation and management of the Safety Zone at a cost not to exceed Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($350,000.00).

Body

Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, for the operation, management and evaluation of the Safety Zone at a cost not to exceed Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($350,000.00) chargeable to and payable from Fund 1000, Organization No. 210000, Subclass 150, Account 526100, Budget Year 2002, Department of Public Safety.
