Body

Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety or the Director of General Services on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Contract or Contracts or Agreement or Agreements, or use existing Contracts and Agreements, for the purchase of City issued protective equipment and related accessories.  The total cost shall not exceed Sixty Five Thousand Dollars ($65,000.00) chargeable to and payable from Fund 1000, Org. No. 230000, Subclass 50, Account 534600, Budget Year 2001, Bureau of Police, Department of Public Safety.
