Title
Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a grant agreement with the Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership to receive monies to secure technical support for managing and upgrading the city's Computerized Traffic Response and Traffic Control System (CTRTCS) and further providing for legitimate expenditures for payments and agreement or agreements, or contract or contracts for any services required in connection with the execution of said grant agreement. Said agreement or agreements, contract or contracts or expenditures shall not exceed $ 33,000.00.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of Public Works are hereby authorized to enter into a Grant Agreement with the Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership for the receipt of grant monies in the amount of Thirty Three Thousand dollars ($33,000.00). These funds will be used to secure technical support for managing and upgrading the city's Computerized Traffic Response and Traffic Control System (CTRTCS). The Grant Agreement shall be approved as to form and substance by the City Solicitor and monies shall be deposited into the Grants Trust Fund: Account 450500 600000, Fund 2940, Org 400000, Project PR 10009, Budget Year 2007, Department of Public Works - Bureau of Transportation and Engineering.
Section 2. The Director of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, is hereby further authorized to enter into agreement or agreements, contract or contracts, and to make all legitimate expenditures required under the terms and conditions of the Grant Agreement with the Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership outlined in Section 1 of this resolution.
