Resolution providing for the issuance of a warrant in the total sum of Five Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($5,250.00) in favor of Thaddeus Mielcarek, Sr. and Joanne Mielcarek and their attorneys, the Scott Law Offices, c/o Virginia Spencer Scott, Esquire, Scott Law Offices, 1110 Centre City Tower, 650 Smithfield Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15222, releasing and discharging the City of Pittsburgh from all liability arising from any and all claims in the civil action filed in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania at GD 11-009863, for personal injuries and damages arising from a defect in Dilworth Street (a City right-of-way) on or about August 29, 2009.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in the total sum of Five Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($5,250.00) in favor of Thaddeus Mielcarek, Sr. and Joanne Mielcarek and their attorneys, the Scott Law Offices, c/o Virginia Spencer Scott, Esquire, Scott Law Offices, 1110 Centre City Tower, 650 Smithfield Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15222, releasing and discharging the City of Pittsburgh from all liability arising from any and all claims in the civil action filed in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania at GD 11-009863, for personal injuries and damages arising from an alleged incident on Dilworth Street (a City right-of-way) on or about August 29, 2009, charging same to 11101.58.58105.108000.2014.
