Title

Resolution providing for the leasing agreement and/or sublease agreements of certain office space located in Moore Park Community Center in Moor Park, in the 19^th Ward, with Brookline Area Community Council, for the purpose of establishing a Community Office, for an annual rental fee of one dollar ($1.00), effective upon execution of lease agreement and renewable annually for a rental fee of ($1.00).

Body

Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of the Department of General Services, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a lease agreement or agreements and/or sublease agreements with the Brookline Area Community Council for office space located on the second floor at Moore Park Community Center Building, in the 19^th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, with the right to utilize said facility for the purpose of establishing a Community Office made effective upon execution of lease agreement and renewable annually thereafter at a rental fee of one dollar ($1.00).

Said lease and/or sublease(s) shall be in a form approved by the City Solicitor and shall contain such terms and conditions for the protection of the City as said Solicitor may require.
