Body
Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:
 
Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of the Department of General Services, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a lease agreement or agreements and/or sublease agreements with the Brookline Area Community Council for office space located on the second floor at Moore Park Community Center Building, in the 19th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, with the right to utilize said facility for the purpose of establishing a Community Office made effective upon execution of lease agreement and renewable annually thereafter at a rental fee of one dollar ($1.00).
 
Said lease and/or sublease(s) shall be in a form approved by the City Solicitor and shall contain such terms and conditions for the protection of the City as said Solicitor may require.
