Title

Resolution providing for the creation of the Freedom Corner Maintenance and Improvements Trust Fund and for setting conditions for the deposit and expenditure of such funds.

Body

Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.      That the City Controller is hereby authorized and directed to create a trust fund entitled "Freedom Corner Maintenance and Improvements Trust Fund" into which shall be deposited funds paid to the City for the purpose of maintaining the Freedom Corner Monument.

Section 2.      The Trust Fund shall be established within the Department of Public Works, set forth in the City of Pittsburgh's annual budget and may only be expended through the regular contracting process or other expenditures as set forth in the city.
