Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Director of the Department of Public Works to execute relevant agreements to receive grant funding from the Redevelopment Authority of Allegheny County (RAAC)’s Gaming Economic Development Fund, for site work at the First Tee Club House located in Schenley Park and further providing for an agreement and expenditures not to exceed ONE HUNDRED NINETY FOUR THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED TWENTY FIVE ($194,125.00) DOLLARS.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to execute relevant agreements with the Redevelopment Authority of Allegheny County in order to receive a grant award in the amount of ONE HUNDRED NINETY FOUR THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED TWENTY FIVE ($194,125.00) DOLLARS, for site work at the First Tee Club House located in Schenley Park. Monies from the grant agreement shall be deposited into the Grants Fund Trust account 4029400337.45505.00.
Section 2. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works are further authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, or the use of existing Agreements and/or a Contract or Contracts, or the use of existing Contracts, at a cost not to exceed ONE HUNDRED NINETY FOUR THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED TWENTY FIVE ($194,125.00) DOLLARS for site work at the First Tee Club House located in Schenley Park, under the terms of the agreement between the City of Pittsburgh and the Redevelopment Authority of Allegheny County. Costs are chargeable to and payable from the Grants Trust Fund account 4029400337.50000.00.
