Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows
Section 1. The Mayor of the City of Pittsburgh and the Director of the Department of Public Works, are authorized to apply for a grant from Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development’s Greenways, Trails, and Recreation Program, for the Arsenal Park Phase I Construction Project. The grant proposal includes a request of $250,000.00 with a local match of $139,115.00 (JDE JOB NO. 4550000221, Parks Reconstruction, DELIVERABLE: Arsenal Park Phase I Construction) for a total project cost of THREE HUNDRED EIGHTY NINE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FIFTEEN ($389,115.00) DOLLARS for this stated purpose.
