Resolution amending Resolution No. 316, effective May 31, 2002, entitled: Resolution providing for an Agreement or Agreements with Community Based Organizations for community and economic development planning assistance in various neighborhoods in the City and providing operating support for these groups by decreasing the allocation by (-7,500.00) for a total cost of $892,500.00.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Resolution #316, effective May 31, 2002, which currently reads as follows:
The Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with Community Based Organizations for community and economic development planning assistance in various neighborhoods in the City and providing operating support for these groups in an amount not to exceed $900,000.00, chargeable to and payable from the following account:
2002 Community Development Block Grant Program
Department of City Planning
"Community Based Organizations"

Is hereby amended to read:
