Resolution repealing Resolution No. 756/2000, as amended by Res. 767/2002, entitled "Creating a Street and Sidewalk Vending Site Designation Committee and authorizing its function, activities and reporting requirements."

WHEREAS, the portions of Resolution No. 756 of 2000, as amended by Resolution No. 762 of 2002 that City Council finds currently applicable have been included in an Ordinance amending and supplementing Pittsburgh Code Chapter 719 being introduced contemporaneously with this Resolution.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. Resolution No 756 of 2000, entitled, "Creating a Street and Sidewalk Vending Site Designation Committee and authorizing its function, activities and reporting requirements" is hereby repealed in its entirety.

Section 2. Resolution No. 767 of 2002, entitled "Resolution amending Resolution No. 756 of 2000" is hereby repealed in its entirety.
