Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in the total sum of Two Thousand Two Hundred Seventy-Seven Dollars and Ten Cents ($2,277.10) in favor of Michael E. Zobrak, Labor Arbitrator, 1217 Pleasant Street, Aliquippa, PA 15001-9425 for arbitration services provided in the matter of Teamsters No. 249 v. City of Pittsburgh (Daniel Kovacic Overtime Dispute, FMCS Case No. 15-02964-1) and charging same to 11101.53.53513.108000.2016, Item number 522700.
