Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the City Solicitor to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with Public Management Resources of San Antonio, as the Auditor, to comply with the Consent Decree entered into between the City of Pittsburgh and the United States Department of Justice. Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh:
Section 1. The Mayor and the City Solicitor are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with Public Management Resources of San Antonio, as Auditor, to comply with the Consent Decree entered into between the City of Pittsburgh and the United States Department of Justice at a cost not to exceed Two Hundred Fifty-One Thousand, One Hundred Dollars ($251,100.00), appropriated for the same, chargeable to and payable from Organization 108800, Code Account 526100, Fund 1000, Sub150, Budget Year 2003.
