Section 1.                     Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the City Solicitor to enter into an agreement or agreements with LexisNexis for subscription to an online legal research tool at a cost not to exceed $68,400.00 (Sixty Eight Thousand Four Hundred Dollars and No Cents) over a term of 3 years, chargeable to and payable from the following accounts:
