Title
Resolution amending Resolution 580 of 2021, which authorized an Agreement or Agreements with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh ("URA") for the completion of projects approved in the City of Pittsburgh's American Rescue Plan, by updating the projects and by adjusting the not-to-exceed amount to align with the revised Plan.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Resolution 580 of 2021, entitled "Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh (URA) for the completion of projects approved in the City of Pittsburgh's American Rescue Plan, at a cost not to exceed Seventy-Four Million Eight Hundred Seventy-Eight Thousand Eight Hundred and Eleven Dollars ($74,878,811)," is hereby amended as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh for the completion of projects initiatives approved in the City of Pittsburgh's American Rescue Plan, at a cost not to exceed Seventy-Four Seventy Two Million Eight Hundred Seventy-Eight Thousand Eight Seven Hundred and Eleven Dollars ($74,878,811 $72,878,711).
Seventy Million Eight Hundred Seventy-Eight Thousand Seven Hundred and Eleven Dollars ($70,878,711), for all initiatives except for the Hays Woods park acquisition, Funds to the URA shall be paid from the American Rescue Plan Trust Fund, JDE account 0222905500.53901.00.
Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000) for the Hays Woods park acquisition shall be paid from the American Rescue Plan Trust Fund, JDE account 0222905500.57101.00.
Section 2. The projects initiatives and dollar amounts to be included in the Agreement or Agreements shall be as follows:
