Title

Resolution vacating a 10 Foot Unnamed Way at Pretense Way in the 17^th Ward, 3^rd Council District, of the City of Pittsburgh.

Body

WHEREAS, it appears by the petition and affidavit on file in the Office of the City Clerk that the owners of property fronting or abutting on the line of a 10 Foot Unnamed Way in the 17^th Ward, 3^rd Council District of the City of Pittsburgh, have petitioned the council of the City of Pittsburgh to enact a resolution for the vacation of same, and

WHEREAS, said petition contains inter-alia, an indemnification of the city from any claims and from the payment of any damages whatsoever resulting to any properties owned by the petitioners or by and persons whatsoever, abutting or non-abutting, for or by reason of said vacation; therefore

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  Vacating a 10 Foot Unnamed Way located south of Pretense Way, adjacent to Lot and Blocks 3-L-190 and 3-L-197 on its westerly side 80± feet and Lot and Blocks 3-L-191, 3-L-192, 3-L-194 and 3-L-195 on its easterly side 85±, and adjacent to Lots 318, 319, 320, 321 322 and 323 in the Sidney Gregg Plan of Lots, approximately 828 square feet and also reserving the right of easement of 6” water line located therein, in the 17^th Ward, 3^rd Council District of the City of Pittsburgh as described above shall be in and the same is hereby vacated.
