Resolution authorizing the issuance of a warrant in favor of Veronica R. Trettel, RPR, Official Court Reporter with Allegheny County, PA in an amount not to exceed $2,620 (Two Thousand Six Hundred and Twenty Dollars) for official trial proceeding transcripts in the criminal case: Commonwealth of Pennsylvania vs. John Charmo, (CC-1999-02859), February 5-19, 2001; and providing for the payment thereof.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of Veronica R. Trettel, RPR, Official Court Reporter with Allegheny County, PA in an amount not to exceed $2,620 (Two Thousand Six Hundred and Twenty Dollars) for official trial proceeding transcripts in the criminal case: Commonwealth of Pennsylvania vs. John Charmo, (CC-1999-02859), February 5-19, 2001; without previous authority of law, chargeable to and payable from the following chartfield:
