Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into an agreement or agreements with CDR Maguire, Inc., for Project Design Management Services and Reviews in connection with various City of Pittsburgh construction projects, for a total not to exceed Two Million Seven Hundred Ninety-Eight Thousand Four Hundred Sixty-Nine Dollars and Seventy Cents ($2,798,469.70), reimbursable at various rates depending on the project.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to enter into an agreement with CDR Maguire, Inc., for Project Design Management Services and Reviews in connection with various City of Pittsburgh construction projects including Bloomfield Bridge, Liberty Avenue, North Avenue Signals, McArdle Bridge/East Sycamore, Safe Routes to School, Penn Avenue Phase 2, Smithfield Street, RAISE Grant, Allegheny River Green Blvd, Beaver Avenue Two-Way Conversion, Sylvan Avenue Trail MTF, Charles Anderson Bridge, South Negley Avenue Bridge, 28th Street Bridge, Swinburne Bridge, Swindell Bridge, Larimer Avenue Bridge, Elizabeth Street Bridge, Herron Avenue Bridge, Maple Avenue Bridge, Corley Street Bridge, Calera Street Bridge, McArdle Bridge/Hillside Bridge, and East Sycamore Street/Hillside Bridge, for a total not to exceed Two Million Seven Hundred Ninety-Eight Thousand Four Hundred Sixty-Nine Dollars and Seventy Cents ($2,798,469.70), reimbursable at various rates depending on the project, to be paid through the following accounts:
