Be it resolved by the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     Resolution number 855 of 2011, effective January 1, 2012, as amended, entitled “adopting and approving the 2012 Capital Budget and the 2012 Community Development Block Grant Program; and approving the 2012 through 2017 Capital Improvement Program” which presently reads as per Current Budget Amount, is hereby further amended to read as per Revised Budget Amount.
