Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and Director of Finance on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Cooperation Agreement with the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh regarding the Library’s use of the $300,000 in Keystone Recreation, Park, and Conservation grant monies for the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh to renovate the Carrick Library.  Said Agreement or Agreements shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form and substance. Reimbursement Invoices will be submitted to the Department of Finance and shall be paid out of the Grants Trust Fund: 0729400204.50000.00
