Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Director of the Department of Public Safety to enter on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh into an agreement or agreements with Allegheny County to receive funding for hazardous material incident response in the amount of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000).

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     On behalf of the City of Pittsburgh the Mayor and Director of the Department of Public Safety are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement or agreements with Allegheny County to receive funding for expenses related to hazardous material incident response in the amount of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000). Funds from said agreement(s) shall be deposited into the following account:

Expenditures as authorized in said agreement(s) shall be spent from the appropriate JDE object account(s) as provided under separate legislation or other authorization. Said agreements shall be in a form approved by the City Solicitor.
