Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      Section 1 of Resolution No. 397, effective July 7, 2006, which presently reads as follows:

"The Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and to enter into a Contract or Contracts or the use of existing Contracts; an Agreement or Agreements or for the use of existing Agreements; with consultants, vendors and/or contractors for the purpose of planning and/or implementation cost of the Trail Development Projects and related costs in support of this project, at a cost not to exceed $50,000.00, chargeable to and payable from 2006 "Department of City Planning-Trail-Bike Route Development Program":
