Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of the Department of General Services are hereby designated as the authorized representative of the City of Pittsburgh for the purpose of entering into a Grant contract and/or contract(s), agreement and/or agreement(s) with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Education, Office of Commonwealth Libraries through the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Keystone Recreation Park and Conservation Fund dated 1993 for the purpose of improving existing exterior lighting for the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh's East Liberty Branch facility at no cost to the City of Pittsburgh.

Said lease shall be in a form approved by the City Solicitor and shall contain such terms and conditions for the protection of the City as said Solicitor may require.
