Resolution authorizing the Mayor, the Director of Public Works, and the Director of Finance to enter into an easement agreement or agreements with the Allegheny County Sanitary Authority for the installation of certain monitoring boreholes on City-owned parcel IDs 121-H-20, 82-H-1-0-2, and 48-H-200, at no cost to the City.

WHEREAS, the City ("the Grantor") is the owner in fee simple of that certain parcel of real property located in the 10th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, County of Allegheny, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being identified as Parcel Tax ID No. 121-H-20 (101 Reservoir Drive, Council District 7).
WHEREAS, the City is the owner in fee simple of that certain parcel of real property located in the 11th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, County of Allegheny, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being identified as Parcel Tax ID 82-H-1-0-2 (101 Reservoir Drive, Council District 7).
WHEREAS, the City is the owner in fee simple of that certain parcel of real property located in the 6th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, County of Allegheny, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being identified as Parcel Tax ID 48-H-200 (36th Street, Council District 7).
Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor, the Director of Public Works, and the Director of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to enter into an agreement or agreements with the Allegheny County Sanitary Authority to provide an easement on parcel 121-H-20 for the installation, access, monitoring, and maintenance of an observation well and/or a monitoring borehole.
Section 2. The Mayor, the Director of Public Works, and the Director of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to enter into an agreement or agreements with the Allegheny County Sanitary Authority to provide an easement on parcel 82-H-1-0-2 for the installation, access, monitoring, and maintenance of an observation well and/or a monitoring borehole.
