Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the City Solicitor, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to enter into a professional services agreement with Dickie McCamey & Chicolte PC, in connection issues involving labor disputes, at a cost not-to-exceed Sixty-Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($60,000) appropriated from the following code account: 11101.108000.53.53517.2024.
