Resolution ratifying the 2024 - 2028 International Association of Fire Fighters, Local 1 Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Pursuant to Act 111 of 1968, 43 P.S. § 217.1 et seq., City Council hereby ratifies the 2024 - 2028 Collective Bargaining Agreement with the International Association of Fire Fighters, Local 1, as agreed to by the Mayor and the representatives and members of the International Association of Fire Fighters, Local 1.
Section 2. Said Collective Bargaining Agreement shall be transmitted to City Council as a communication upon printing and shall, after having been read, received and filed, be attached to this Resolution as an Exhibit.
