Ordinance amending the Pittsburgh Code, Title Two, Fiscal, Article VII, Business Related Taxes, Chapter 245, Earned Income Tax by fixing the rate of interest on certain delinquent Earned Income for [2005] 2006.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      Section 245.03(e) of the Pittsburgh Code is hereby amended as follows:

"245.03(e) INTEREST FOR [2005] 2006

The interest to be paid under Section 245.03(e) hereof for the year [2005] 2006 is six percent (6.0%).
