Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in the total sum of Two Thousand Four Hundred Dollars ($2,400.00) in favor of Richard Dissen, Attorney-Arbitrator, PO Box 326, Ingomar, PA 15127 for arbitration services provided in the matter of City of Pittsburgh and Fraternal Order of Police, Ft. Pitt Lodge #1 (Grievance 16-19 Kohnfelder) and charging same to 11101.53.53513.108000.2017, Item number 522700.
