Title
Resolution providing that the City of Pittsburgh enter into a professional services agreement or agreements with a consultant or consultants for the design and implementation of training programs for City employees, and providing for payment of the cost thereof. Cost not to exceed $60,000.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Personnel & Civil Service Commission, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement or agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with a consultant or consultants for the design and implementation of training programs for employees in various City departments. These programs may include but are not limited to supervisory skills training, customer service skills training and other professional development training, including workplace counseling and coaching for individual employees. Said agreement or agreements shall be in a form approved by the City Solicitor and shall contain such terms and conditions as said Solicitor may require. The total amount payable under said agreement or agreements shall not exceed Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000), chargeable to and payable from Account 526100 Miscellaneous Professional Services, Fund 1000, Sub Class 150 and Organization Code 109000, Budget Year 2002, Department of Personnel and Civil Service Commission.
